At Cruz, we value your time — and our instructors’ time. To keep our classes running smoothly, the following policy applies to all riders.

Cancellations

·       Classes cancelled 12 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.

·       Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

·       A no-show occurs if:

o   You do not attend your booked class, or

o   You arrive later than 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time.

·       No-shows will be charged the full cost of the class.

Late Arrival

·       No entry is permitted once a class has begun. This policy is strictly enforced for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the class experience.

·       Riders arriving after class start time will be considered a no-show.
