  • Our signature ride and what Cruz is all about. Classic Cruz is a high-energy, music-fueled spin class combining climbs, intervals, and rhythm-based movement in a supportive, electric atmosphere. Come for the workout—stay for the vibe.

  • Senior Cruz is a welcoming, low-impact ride designed for riders 65+, with a focus on comfort, movement, and cardiovascular health. Expect clear coaching, lighter resistance, and an encouraging atmosphere that makes every ride enjoyable.

  • Make it your ride. Private Rides are fully customizable spin classes designed for special events, celebrations, or team-building experiences. Custom music, high energy, and a ride designed just for you.

Cruz Control

Cruz Control helps you choose the right ride for you. Classes are rated from 1 to 3 based on intensity—not ability—so you can ride at your own pace and feel empowered every class.
