Refund Policy

Cruz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates under the legal entity 1001255135 ONTARIO INC. At Cruz, we are committed to delivering a high-quality fitness experience and maintaining fairness for all riders in compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws. Due to the limited capacity of our classes, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

Class Packages & Drop-Ins

•       All class packages and drop-in purchases are final sale.

•       Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•       Unused classes will not be refunded once purchased.

•       If a class package explicitly states that it has an expiration date at the time of purchase that expiration date will apply and will not be extended unless otherwise required by law or approved at management’s discretion due to documented medical circumstances.

Retail Purchases

•       Retail items may be returned within 10 days of purchase if unused, unworn, and in original condition with receipt.

•       Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Workshops, Events & Special Programs

•       Registration fees for workshops, events, or specialty programs are non-refundable.

•       If Cruz cancels an event or program, participants will receive a credit or refund at Cruz’s discretion.

Studio Cancellations

If Cruz must cancel a class due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a class credit back to their account. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

Cruz may consider refunds or extensions in the case of documented medical conditions or extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation may be required. Approval is at the sole discretion of Cruz management.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing classes or products from Cruz, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Cruz to resolve the matter may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on cruzclub.ca with the revised effective date.

We will communicate these updates to you via email and/or will post a prominent notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes[JR1] .
